Shaylae Duprís Certifications.

Certified MBTI Facilitator (MBTI). The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality assessment that helps people understand themselves and others by categorizing them into one of 16 personality types. MBTI is one of the most popular psychological instruments in use today, with approximately two million U.S. adults
completing the inventory each year.

Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP). Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) certification is a globally recognized credential for human resources professionals.

Certified DDI Facilitator (DDI). Development Dimensions International DDI training focuses on delivering measurable change for leaders, no matter what The courses are based on the science of human behavior, measurement, and research-driven innovation with measurable results.

Instructional Designer (ID). An instructional design certificate helps assess organizational needs, design the learning experience, develop materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of a training program. ATD's Instructional design certificate is backed by years of research and learning science.

Certified Life Coach (CLC) comprehensive program through Life Purpose Institute which is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited program. My specialty is Executive/Leadership Coaching and Life Coaching. I follow the ICF code of ethics as well as equality and systemic equality. My foundational principles as a Certified Life Coach are based on diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging.

Certified DISC Facilitator. The Extended DISC assessment is a series of online questionnaires that measure a person's natural and conscious behavioral styles. The assessment can help people and organizations improve their interactions, motivation, and cooperation.

Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) for DEI leaders. Comprehensive program through the Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC). Prepares professionals and executives who are responsible for elevating and equipping those within the workplace as it relates to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) for DEI leaders. Comprehensive program through the Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC). Prepares professionals and executives who are responsible for elevating and equipping those within the workplace as it relates to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
