I offer one-on-one and group coaching for each stage of the employee's life cycle and leadership cycle from entry level to high potential emerging leaders to the C-Suite. • High potential emerging leaders or individual contributors • New Managers • Mid-Level Managers • Executives My 3–6-month program is broken into 4 phases: Discovery, Pruning, Explore, Level Set to Level Up. However, this program is entirely custom-tailored to your needs and emphasis will be placed on the areas that requiring pivoting to get the desired outcome. • Discovery/Mapping/Assessment/Deep Dive Session to set the Framework (Where do you want to go? How do you plan to get there?) • Included MBTI (Myers & Briggs) Personality Assessment (Review of assessments results) • Leadership Action Plan • Workbook, and or journal • 8 x 90 minute transformative 1:1 sessions (either weekly or bi-weekly) • 3-6 months of email and text support between sessions • Weekly accountability check-in • Kickstart Quiz to identify, barriers, challenges and obstacles • Masterclass Mindset/Readiness Check in • Emergency calls when needed via MS teams or Zoom, phone or video formats (20 min cap) • Setting behavioral targets • Individual homework challenges, self-guided activities or reading recommendations • Subject Matter Expert (SME) content focused on individual goals and development • Confidential & Client-centered relationship • Accountability support from the coach • A free copy of my book "A Candidate's Nightmare"
